Sweden: First Arctic Whisper bus enters service in Umea

On 26 November Hybricon AB and Umeå Municipality in northern Sweden placed the first of a fleet of Artic Whisper ‘super fast rechargeable’ electric hybrid buses in service on Umeå's busiest route.
