Hyundai Motor has revealed that it plans to invest Won 300bn (US$260m) to implement a new production shift pattern from 2013 through which it will eliminate overnight work at its domestic factories.
According to a Reuters report, the OEM will introduce a two-shift scheme running from early morning to around midnight,
