Toyota has announced the new name for its Tohoku subsidiary after the proposed merger of its three local units. Earlier this year, the OEM outlined plans to integrate Kanto Auto Works, Central Motor, and Toyota Motor Tohoku into a single company. This new company will bear the name Toyota Motor
