Siam Cement is reported by Reuters to have said it is selling its remaining 5% stake in Siam United Steel (1995) Co Ltd to Nippon Steel Corporation for Baht 855m (US$28.5m).
Nippon Steel already owns 45% of Siam United, which is based in Rayong Province in Thailand and makes cold-rolled sheet
