Ford’s Transit Connect model has been approved for taxi use in New York City. A number of other major US cities, including Boston, Chicago and Philadelphia, have already okayed use of the Transit Connect Taxi. The first Transit Connect Taxi was delivered last December to a taxicab company in Boston.
