Italy/US: Fiat raises stake in Chrysler to 30%

Chrysler Group has announced that Fiat's ownership stake in the company has increased from 25% to 30%, effective as from 12 April. Chrysler's ownership interests are now as follows: UAW VEBA – 59.2%; Fiat – 30.0%; US Treasury – 8.6%; and Canadian governments – 2.2%.
