The automotive industry of Vietnam sold 9,141 locally-assembled and imported vehicles in the domestic market in September. This figure was down 17% compared with 11,071 vehicles sold in the same month a year earlier.
This was, however, an improvement on August 2010 sales figures, by 5.4%, the Vietnam Automobile Manufacturers' Association
