Denso has announced that it has acquired all the shares of CTR srl, a former subsidiary of Finber SpA for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition was completed on 1 June 2010.
Parma, Italy-based CTR distributes various automotive climate control components, such as compressors, HVAC components and heat exchangers for the aftermarket
