PSA Peugeot Citroen and five French unions – CFDT, CFE/CGC, CFTC, FO and GSEA – have agreed a new Human Resources Planning and Development (GPEC) deal. The negotiations were based on the current GPEC agreement, which took effect in April 2007. There are three key parts to the new agreement:
