ArvinMeritor has revealed the results of its previously announced tender offer for up to US$175m aggregate principal amount of its 8-3/4% notes due 2012.
The offer commenced on 23 February 2010 and expired at 23:59 New York City time on 22 March 2010. As of the expiry time, the supplier reports that
