Commercial Vehicle Group Inc., has disclosed its previously announced public offering of 3.8 million shares will be priced at US$6.25 a share, resulting in proceeds of at least US$22m, after deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated expenses of the offering.
This value assumes no exercise of the underwriter's over-allotment option.
