Southfield, Michigan-based automotive components manufacturer Federal-Mogul has announced that its president and chief executive officer, Jose Maria Alapont, has extended his employment agreement.
Accordingly, he will continue to head the company until the end of March 2013. He will also continue as a member of the supplier's board of directors.
