Indo-German automotive components joint venture Harita Fehrer's (HFRL) German partner, Fehrer Automotive, has acquired a 40% stake in the JV. The acquisition was at premium for a consideration of Rs693.8m (US$15.1m), The Economic Times said.
Before this, HFRL was a wholly-owned subsidiary of TVS group company Harita Seating Systems (HSL). HSL
