International Automotive Components Group (IAC) North America has acquired Stankiewicz International Corporation, a US subsidiary of Gimotive GmbH. Stankiewicz International Corporation is located in Spartanburg, South Carolina and specialises in automotive flooring and acoustics.
Last July, IAC Europe acquired Stankiewicz GmbH, the European flooring and acoustics operations which filed for insolvency
