General Motors and Dutch car manufacturer Spyker Cars have reached a binding agreement regarding the sale of GM's Swedish car brand Saab Automobile. Under the deal, GM has agreed to sell Saab to Spyker in a deal valued at US$400m.
This agreement will see Spyker form a new company, Saab Spyker
