French supplier Faurecia has acquired full ownership of the former Indian joint venture Taco Faurecia Design Center (TFDC). The venture was set up in 2004 as a 50-50 partnership between Tata Auto Comp System (TACO) and Faurecia. Located in Pune, TFDC specialises in automotive product development, engineering and simulation.
