Nissan Diesel Thailand, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Singapore-based company Tan Chong International, is suing Swedish commercial vehicles manufacturer Volvo Group for breaching various terms of a distribution and technical-assistance agreement, a report carried by The Nation says.
Tan Chong, the report says, is claiming Baht 11.3bn (US$341.96m) in compensation from Volvo
