Shanghai GM has started taking orders for the Chevrolet New Sail sedan, reportedly the first passenger car fully developed in China by a Sino-foreign joint venture. The new small car was developed by two GM and SAIC joint ventures - Shanghai GM and the Pan Asia Technical Automotive Center (PATAC)
