Data compiled by the Chamber of Automotive Manufacturers of the Philippines (CAMPI) and the Truck Manufacturers Association reveal that vehicle sales in the country rose by 6.4% in 2009 to 132,244 units.
Last year's sales figures were aided by a 7% month-on-month increase in sales in December 2009, reaching 13,596 units
