General Motors has confirmed that it plans to sell the Nexteer Automotive business (formerly Delphi Steering) it acquired as part of Delphi’s exit from Chapter 11 and is looking for potential buyers. Reuters reported the intended sale back in October, but official confirmation has only come through now.
