Tier 1s in search of talent to avoid European worker shortage

Back in November 2014, Automotive World spoke to a number of Tier 1 suppliers in the US and found that there was an on going struggle to source – and maintain – a skilled workforce following the global financial crisis. In conversation with a major Tier 1 supplier, it is clear that this issue also prevails in Europe today, and may only heighten in coming years.
