Porsche has emerged victorious in yet another lawsuit regarding its aborted takeover of Volkswagen seven years ago. The Higher Regional Court of Stuttgart has dismissed a claim for damages against Porsche SE by US plaintiffs that were seeking €1.2bn (US$1.3bn) in damages stemming from losses they incurred resulting from Porsche's failed attempt to acquire Volkswagen in 2008.
