For OEMs, it is no longer enough to just manufacture green cars. In a world concerned with green issues, big companies especially are often quizzed on what they are doing to reduce CO2 and how they are making all their operations green. Whether this is installing solar panels on the roof at manufacturing plants or increasing levels of recycling, more of a conscious effort is being made. Last week, Interbrand released its list of the 50 Best Global Green Brands for 2014, and ten of these were OEMs.
