PSA has confirmed that Opel/Vauxhall will be given a second chance under its guiding wing. The business has spent the past 88 years under General Motors ownership, but most of these more recent years have been plagued with losses. “When coupled with increasingly complex regulations related to emissions, plus Brexit, selling Opel makes sense,” commented Rebecca Lindland, Executive Analyst for Kelley Blue Book.
