Roelant de Waard has served in various capacities at Ford's European operations across three decades. In January he marked his seventh anniversary as Vice President of Marketing, Sales and Service at Ford of Europe. During this time the market has seen tremendous momentum gains in industry disruption. From changing concepts of ownership and shopping behaviours to dramatic advancements in clean propulsion and self-driving technology. The pace of change shows no sign of slowing, but according to de Waard, neither does Ford.
