Diesel dominates Geneva Q&A

Executives at the Geneva Motor Show are peppered with questions about the future of diesel, writes Megan Lampinen

Diesel technology was conspicuous in its absence from the floor at the 88th Geneva Motor Show, where the only OEMs keen to talk about it were those that were cutting it from the line-up. Toyota surprised an unsuspecting audience with the announcement that it was phasing out the diesel option in favour of growing hybrid popularity.
