COMMENT: Spike or trend, rising oil prices return to the fleet agenda

BY OLIVER DIXON. After a lengthy period of low oil prices, the cost of the black stuff is once again on the rise. Time for the fleets to re-examine operating costs

Just over a year into the 45th Administration and we have a new Fed President, a variety of data points that are seemingly benign, stock markets at record levels and an approval rating of around 38%.

Division is a word to which the commentariat refer with frequency in matters regarding US society at present but here, perhaps, is something that may provide for a bit of national bonding. Oil prices are trending upwards and no one likes that. Right?
