TE Connectivity announces fiscal 2020 first quarter dividend record and payment dates

TE Connectivity Ltd. today announced that the $0.46 per share quarterly dividend for the first quarter of fiscal year 2020 will be payable on December 6, 2019, to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 22, 2019. The dividend was approved by shareholders at the company’s annual general meeting held on March 13, 2019.
