India: Federal-Mogul Goetze restructures management

Federal-Mogul Goetze India (FMG) has announced several management changes, effective immediately.

The company has appointed Rustin Murdock as its new managing director and chief financial officer. He will also serve as a board member. Murdock previously served as FMG director of finance.

Mohan Narayanan has been appointed FMG corporate vice president. He will retain his current responsibility as executive director of sales and marketing in addition to his new position.

The board has also approved the replacement of Arun Anand as vice chairman and managing director.

Rajan Luthra will continue as company secretary and financial controller, while Chuck Grant will continue as chairman of the FMG board. Grant is also senior vice president of corporate development and strategic planning for Federal-Mogul Corporation.

Headquartered in New Delhi, FMG supplies automotive pistons, piston rings, pins and sintered products. In 2006 Federal-Mogul increased its share in FMG to 50.1% to expand its presence in India, where it currently has three locations with a workforce of approximately 7,200.
