US: Cooper appoints investor relations director

Cooper Tire & Rubber has appointed Curtis Schneekloth as its new investor relations director. In this position, Schneekloth will serve as a spokesman on financial issues as he communicates with stock market analysts and investors.
In June 2003, Schneekloth joined Cooper as senior internal auditor. He became Cooper's lead accountant in Strategic Planning in January 2006.
Findlay, Ohio-based Cooper Tire & Rubber designs, manufactures and sells passenger car, light truck, medium truck, motorcycle and racing tyres as well as tread rubber and related equipment for the retread industry. The company has 63 manufacturing, sales, distribution, technical and design facilities.
