TomTom announces that today the Annual General Meeting voted in favour of all voting items. This included the re-appointment of Alain De Taeye as a member of the Management Board for a new term of four years and the re-appointment of Ben van der Veer as a member of the Supervisory Board for a new term of one year, as of today. In addition, Jack de Kreij has been appointed as a member of the Supervisory Board for a term of four years, effective as of 1 January 2017.
