Omron was among the top-ranked companies in its sector according to the Ｕ.Ｓ.-based leading global financial magazine Institutional Investor released on May 31regarding 2016 All-Japan Executive Team Rankings. In the Electronics/Industrial business sector, the company was placed 3rd in the Best CEO category, 3rd in the Best Investor Relations Program category, and 2nd in the Best Analyst Days category.
Institutional Investor has been conducting such rankings since 2013. For this year, Japanese major companies in 25 business sectors that conduct excellent IR activities were selected based on the votes of 570 institutional investors and analysts.
Omron will continuously improve IR activities and seek for medium- and long-term corporate value creation.
