Two new GAZ dealerships were opened in Yaroslavl and Vladivostok. Autocenter GAZ Vostok and Autocenter GAZ YarKamp are organized in strict compliance with the applicable corporate standards GAZ Group.
In Yaroslavl and Vladivostok, new GAZ dealerships were opened. Autocenter GAZ Vostok (Vladivostok) and Autocenter GAZ YarKamp (Yaroslavl) commenced sales of the full range of GAZelle NEXT light commercial vehicles and vans, GAZon NEXT medium-duty trucks as well as GAZelle BUSINESS and Sobol BUSINESS vehicles.
Now, Russian Far East and the central region represent the areas featuring the most dynamic growth in sales of GAZ commercial vehicles.
In 2016, sales of GAZ Group vehicles increased by 10% in the Central Russia (excl. Moscow and Moscow region), while the overall commercial vehicles market volume dropped by 3%. The share of GAZ in the LCV and MDT segment reached 55% at the end of 2016.
Even more remarkable sales increase was achieved in the Russian Far East, which is traditionally dominated by import Asian brands. The number of GAZ vehicles supplied in 2016 increased by 38% (against the background of 10% market drop). This allowed GAZ Group to increase its share in the regional commercial vehicle market from 26% to 40% within just one year.
New dealerships will provide services related to sales and maintenance of vehicles and spare parts supply. Also, the dealerships offer the full range of financial services and instruments: credit, leasing and insurance programs.
