Lisa Whalen, Vice President, Automotive & Transportation Growth Consulting for Frost & Sullivan, has been confirmed as a moderator in the Retail (R)evolution stream at Automotive Megatrends USA 2015, which takes place on 17 March 2015.

In her role, Whalen collaborates with automotive industry stakeholders to formulate growth strategies. She has managed several hundred research, analytical, and consulting projects and reports, including customer and product research; sales performance and forecasting; competitor intelligence insights; product planning; product, powertrain and technology roll-out plans; business, brand and marketing strategy development and serves as a thought leader on megatrends and their impact on urban mobility.

Prior to her tenure at Frost & Sullivan, Whalen worked for General Motors and J.D. Power and Associates, and gathered international work experience in China and Germany, before she moved back to the US.

Organised by Automotive World, Automotive Megatrends USA 2015 is a one-day, three stream conference focusing on Powertrain Innovation, the Connected Car, and Retail (R)evolution. The event will take place at The Henry hotel in Dearborn, Michigan.

Whalen will be moderating the first session of Stream 3: Retail (R)evolution, which will focus on how the experience of acquiring a car will change in North America over the next decade and beyond. Topics covered include sales forecasts, online sales and marketing, socio-economic change and ownership models.
