On July 1, 2015, Dr. Jens Ludmann was appointed as a Managing Director at the renowned development service provider FEV GmbH with responsibility for FEV’s European Business. Dr. Ludmann formerly worked as Chief Technology Officer for the Chinese automotive manufacturer Qoros Auto Co. Ltd.
“Despite an increasing globalization of our business, which among other factors, is driven by the growing demand from the US and the Asian sectors, Europe remains one of the most important markets for FEV,” explains Professor Stefan Pischinger, President and CEO of the FEV Group. “As Director of the European business, Dr. Ludmann will have a key role to play. We are delighted to gain such an experienced and accomplished colleague.”
Prior to his activities at Qoros Auto, and as CEO of Bavaria Yachts, Dr. Ludmann held senior positions at Ford Motor Company for more than 10 years where, among other tasks, he was a Chief Engineer with responsibility for passenger car development in the mid-size and large vehicle segment.
Ludmann replaces Dr. Markus Schwaderlapp, who has taken on new challenges at Deutz AG since early 2015, as a member of the management of FEV GmbH.
