Commercial Vehicle Group Inc. (the “Company”) (Nasdaq: CVGI), a leading supplier of fully integrated system solutions for the global commercial vehicle market, announced today that Dr. Jack Feng, Vice President of Operational Excellence, will present at the IMPACT Manufacturing Summit on Tuesday, October 25, 2016 in Chicago, Illinois.

The IMPACT Manufacturing Summit is the leading executive-level conference for the manufacturing industry in the United States, providing strategic presentations, targeted research forums, and the presentation of real world case studies by industry leaders. A number of our valued OEM customers will be represented at the event as guests or key note speakers.

Jack Feng has an extensive background in Lean, 6-Sigma, and advanced industrial and manufacturing planning. He joined Commercial Vehicle Group (CVG) in 2014, establishing a team responsible for Lean and 6-Sigma deployment. Dr. Feng and his team collaborate with local manufacturing leaders to develop and improve our processes related to quality, delivery, inventory turns, and cost reduction, in addition to training and certifying Lean 6-Sigma Black Belts, Green Belts, and Yellow Belts across the CVG organization and within our strategic world-wide supply chain.

Jack stated, “It is an honor to present at such a prestigious conference. I look forward to hearing from other thought leaders in manufacturing and to share some of the successes we have had at Commercial Vehicle Group in our own Lean journey. Conferences such as this showcase new ideas and allow for benchmarking and continued improvement going forward.”
