Terms & Conditions
In the unfortunate circumstances of you not being able to attend Commercial Vehicle Megatrends USA 2012 we will be happy to welcome a substitute delegate at any time up to the start of the event, so that your company will not miss out on the opportunities being presented. Should you have to cancel in entirety, we will be happy to offer you a refund, minus a small service charge (10%), providing we receive notification in writing no later than 1 June 2012. We regret that no refunds will be made after that date. However, you will have post-summit access to materials.
