GM has said that it will need to recall about 783,000 model year 2000 and 2001 Chevrolet Malibus, Oldsmobile Aleros and Pontiac Grand Ams to replace hazard-warning switches, according to the Associated Press. The recall involves vehicles across North America and some in other countries.
