Volvo reports that its hybrid truck, ‘Mean Green’, established new world speed records on 27 April at Wendover Airfield in Utah. Mean Green achieved the following world record speeds: flying kilometre 236.577km/h (147.002mph) and standing kilometre 153.252km/h (95.245mph).
