Audi has announced that it will acquire Italian motorcycle manufacturer Ducati from Investindustrial Group. The supervisory boards of Audi and its parent Volkswagen AG approved the deal today, 18 April. The partners expect the purchase to be completed as soon as possible following approval by the competition authorities.
