Lear has signed an agreement to acquire Guilford Mills, which manufactures fabrics for the automotive and specialty markets and is headquartered in Wilmington, North Carolina. Closing of the transaction is expected to occur in Q2 2012. Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
