The Chinese manufacturer Chongqing Changan Suzuki Automobile marked the production of its one millionth vehicle at the end of June, 14 years after operations first began. The company is a joint venture owned by Suzuki Motor Corporation (25%), Suzuki Motor (China) Investment (10%), Sojitz Corporation (14%), and Chongqing Changan Automobile (51%).
