Ford chairman William Clay Ford Jr sold one million common shares in the company for a total US$5.05m on 19 September, according to Bloomberg, citing a US regulatory filing. The sale leaves the chairman with 4,956,971 directly held common shares. He also holds about 3.8 million Class B shares.
