German supplier Stankiewicz has purchased two plants from Faurecia Innenraum Systeme, Germany. The plants, located in Hameln and Bad Friedrichshall, specialise in automotive acoustic products for German OEMs.
The two companies signed a sale agreement on 21 February 2008. Stankiewicz has supplied automotive acoustic products since 1953.
