Johnson Controls' (JCI) Chief Executive Alex Molinaroli expects the automotive business to be completely separated and spun off 12 months from now. Speaking during a call to discuss its third-quarter (Q3) 2015 financial results, he commented: “We believe that based on the work plan we have, we will be able to get that accomplished in fiscal year 2016.”
