U-M receives US$22m to combat ‘complex mobility challenges’

The University of Michigan (U-M) has received US$22m of funding from the Toyota Research Institute (TRI) to push research efforts on artificial intelligence (AI), robotics and autonomous driving. The development of these technologies is progressing fast, but experts warn of the dangers that can come when disregarding limitations.
