What girl power means for the auto industry

If women are driving more and buying more cars, what does this mean for OEMs?

Women are taking on a greater role in the automotive industry, not only when it comes to driving but also making new purchase decisions and even leading the executive ranks. Research from Frost & Sullivan found that female licence holders in the US now outnumber men at 51%. The situation in the UK and Canada is similar, and both are expected to follow the US trend by 2016.
