Xavier Boucherat talks to Honeywell Turbo Technologies about life as a supplier in Brazil right now, and what lies head for the country's automotive OEMs and suppliers

Life can be tough for automotive suppliers in Brazil, says Christian Streck, OEM Business Manager for Honeywell Turbo Technologies in Brazil. The supplier arrived in Brazil in 1976, when it opened a factory in Guarulhos, Sao Paulo state. That facility now employs around 200 workers and serves commercial vehicle markets throughout South America, with an installed capacity of 300,000 units per annum.
