The vast majority of the world’s vehicle manufacturers have expressed a commitment to the electrified powertrain, representing a response to the call from governments globally for a crackdown on urban emissions. To fulfil these ambitions within diminishing timescales, the industry is seeking solutions that reduce the time required between inception and commercialisation of electrification technologies and vehicles.
