BMW released its 2003 profit figures on 11 March, showing a 3.6 percent profit drop from the previous year’s record earnings.
Net profit dropped to €1.95bn (US$2.38bn) in 2003 from €2.02bn (US$2.47bn) in 2002. Revenue fell 2.1 percent to €41.5bn (US$50.7bn).
